Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Callirimo's website and services. By using our services or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Callirimo provides website design and optional ongoing management services for UK local service businesses, including dentists, electricians, salons, and tradespeople.

2. Pricing

We offer two pricing options:

• Growth Package: £500 setup fee + £125/month ongoing management
• Website Only: £1,000 one-time build fee

Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new clients with reasonable notice.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are sent upon agreement to proceed. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Managed clients (Growth Package) are billed monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer and card payments via Stripe.

4. Scope of Deliverables

Our standard website build includes:

• A 4-page website (Home, Pricing, Demo/Booking, Contact)
• Standard SEO setup (meta tags, sitemap, local search optimisation)
• Contact form and booking call-to-action
• Analytics dashboard integration
• Mobile-responsive design

Excluded from standard builds: custom domain registration and renewal (separate cost), additional pages beyond the standard four, bespoke copywriting, stock photography licensing, and third-party integrations not listed above.

5. Revisions

One round of revisions is included in every build. A "round" means one consolidated set of feedback submitted in writing. Additional revisions beyond the included round are billed at £50 per hour.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Client content: you retain full ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, brand materials)
• Final delivered website: upon full payment, you own the final delivered website as a whole
• Reusable components: Callirimo retains rights to general code frameworks, templates, and reusable components used across multiple client projects. These are not exclusive to any one client

7. Cancellation

• Managed clients (Growth Package): you can cancel with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Completed builds: no refunds are offered on completed website builds that have been delivered and accepted
• Pre-delivery: if you cancel before delivery, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion based on work completed

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callirimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and content in a timely manner
• Respond to feedback requests within 7 business days (delays may affect delivery timelines)
• Ensure any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
